Pre-Order & Made-To-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-order or made-to-order products. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Order and Made-To-Order Items

When you place a pre-order or made-to-order purchase, you are paying in full for a product that is currently being produced or not yet ready to ship. Once your item is complete, we will ship it as soon as possible.

Cancelling Your Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has entered production. Once production has started, your item is being made specifically for you, and we are unable to cancel the order.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund. Please see our Returns Policy for full details and email us at askyourfather@outlook.com.au
