Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If something isn't quite right, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You can provide your order number as proof of purchase

  • Your return is lodged within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Items are returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging

  • The item was not purchased on sale or with a discount code*

Store credit is issued for the value of the goods only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* Sale items and items purchased using any discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Faulty Items

All items are checked carefully for quality before they are shipped.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us at askyourfather@outlook.com.au with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the fault

Our team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
