Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with your Australia Post tracking number.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate: $10

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on location. Remote or regional areas may take longer.

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate: $15

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.
Additional delays may occur during peak shopping periods.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • Flat rate: $25

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14+ business days

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel at the Australia Post website using your tracking number.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Australia Post

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery is confirmed

  • Re-delivery fees if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
